Baked Pasta with Sausage and Peppers

In a large bowl, beat the egg. Stir in tomatoes, onion, parsley, oats, Parmesan, and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix in Italian sausage and ground turkey by hand just until blended.
Form into a large meatloaf on a baking sheet (such as a jelly-roll pan), patting to remove any air spaces.
Bake for 1 hour. Top with spaghetti sauce and continue baking for 15-30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
